The Mission of Laguna Irrigation District is to effectively manage the Water Rights of the District, to provide for and the delivery of Surface Irrigation Water supplied by way of the Kings River and through District Facilities in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner, and in accordance with the District's Rules and Regulations. Additionally, the District endeavors to monitor and maintain the Subsurface Aquifers to the benefit of all landowners, farmers, and water users within the District.
